gosh I'm bored today. I've taken to reading the ljs of completely random people. I have come to the conclusion that a lot of people with ljs are nutters ;) far more than me! I'm feeling all well balanced and normal now :D

last night I fed iicatsii and monkeydeath curry and naan. definitely not stew. I shopped for stew, which explains the parsnips and potatoes sitting on the kitchen table but then wanted to use the new curry pan I got for xmas (a kinda fat, squat pressure cooker basically) and didn't want to make a chicken and potato curry (potatoes in curries can be a little unpredictable and so very untraditional) Curry turned out ok - a bit tomatoey which I always think is, well, cheating frankly - but hey - I ~really~ like tomatoes - in fact I'm attributing my amazing general lack of ills in the last few months to my regular intake of bloody marys at the club ;)
we then watched Galaxy Quest (thanks to Nigel and Hanah!) which was even funnier than I remember.
there was some bedclothes/duvet wrasslin' which was rendered difficult by the heady gasfire heat of my bedroom. I lived. just about.

the phaze clothes I sent back for resizeing have come back perfect. given that the top and the bottom are 2 sizes different to each other now they look pretty contiguous. mmm. warm leatherette.

tonight sees me heading to selectnone's Nealestate for dinner and dvds. yum.
