for any of you that haven't heard about graze.com they're a place that sends you out snacky food boxes via 1st class post to land on your desk or at you home on specific days of the week for the princely sum of £3. There's a pretty good portion of fresh fruit like pineapple or grapes etc then a medium sized mix which may be nuts or nuts and dried fruit etc and then a smaller punnet too.
I'd say that there is actually just about the correct amount of food for lunch/daytime snacking there (about 400 calories)(and the people who complain that there's not are probably just a little used to over eating during the day!) although I think i shall add a cupasoup or a tin of not too hearty soup to the menu as I tend to do my main eating in the day on a taekwondo day
the website is pretty good and you can go through and rule out stuff that you hate and rate how keen you are to except various mixes and stuff (I ruled out coconut - not quite sure why as I don't mind it but I just had visions of recieving acres of the stuff) their Fire Nuts mix (chilli almonds and cashews and wasabi peanuts - hot hot hot) was the mutt's nuts
it's kind of perfect for me as I lack the ability to do portion control so if I were to buy all the dried fruits and nuts myself I'd just scoff them in one day. it's also pretty easy to change what days you get stuff and there's no contract so you can just give it up when you like. and it goes without saying that they're making maximum effort to reduce the environmental impact of their packaging. using the postal system is good too :)
anyhoo the upshot is that I have a code that will let you get one for free and the second one for half price - if you haven't signed up before. (You go throught the ordering process then it asks you if you have a code to type in so don't be worried that you're going to miss your oportunity to enter it):
