sarah_orangeGosh last night went well! I didn't get a chance to go home inbetween pubculture and substance as I was chatting to a couple of old time phono go-ers who'd just discovered thesubculture and were all excited. I'm not sure my subway italian BMT had what it took to soak up the huge quantity of cider I drank. I dragged some poor emo bloke onto the dance floor and made him dance to ska with me.
it was great to see so many people in. a bunch of the oldsters were there and wideeyeddave popped his subculture cherry too. Aigi, the excellent Estonian girl I met at one of the film festival nights, came down and got on really well with everyone. I invented the worse drink ever and mad alex drink it for her birthday - it was bourbon and red aftershock - I think it may have actually stripped the skin off her mouth.
today I feel like pure munt. I can't find my glasses. I've drunk a litre of tomato juice and eaten over half a bag of walnuts. death where is thy sting? I might actually die whilst working the door at resurrected tonight. that'd be appropriate.
