whereas previously this had passed me by I think I need it now. damn it's a shame most of it is pish. actually I don't think I could own it because if anyone tried to sing 'china in your hands' in my house I think I'd punch them...

friday afternoon whinging.

gah how have I managed to depress/stress myself just in time for the weekend.

I'm sure the stuff you do that's supposed to be fun shouldn't be stressful and full of compromise :(

in other news looks like I have a wedding to go to in the south of france next June. win!! although expensive win.

other other rather marvellous news

We appear to have acquired the Saturday portion of the Amalgamation festival on 21st Nov at the club - this runs til 10:30 so people can then go to wendyhouse (or Juvenile Hall ;-) ) afterwards. Go to this! it will be good - there are some very interesting bands on the bill!

the only downside to this is I'm now TWICE as pissed off that I can't go - I'm at a wedding in Coventry - I was looking forward to seeing old friends (*waves at markeris*) but alas no.

also don't forget Rome Burns and The Men Who Won't Be Blamed for Nothing* are playing at Flock on 4th Dec - woo!

*a steampunk band with a member of creaming jesus - how bizzare! :)
