oh i was thinking, if you're gonna do the burlesque thing, maybe have a higher class of drinks on those nights as well? like cocktails or something? (actually nice ones, as opposed to a shot, an alcopop and some juice like you seem to see a lot of at the moment) steal all teh moneyz!!

not sure on the technicalities but I'm sure I remember reading somewhere (it could be a load of rubbish) that you need a special license to be able to serve cocktails which contain more than two spirits in them; hence most place serving cocktails are as you described above...
