sarah_orangeMy word I'm aching from the 2 solid hours of TKD I did on Tuesday night! Ah well it's good for me. And my Graze box should be here later so further healthiness will ensue. w00t.
After a stirling effort all round FOC is now shiny and clean ready for you chaps to come and mess it up at the weekend. Woo! There was vaccuuming and everything! Means I can spend saturday concentrating on making huge slices of pizza rather than tidying :)
edit: the met site shows sunny weather for saturday - double woo :)
