have finally worked up the courage to post yesterdays feeding frenzy


a rice crispy square
a freddo bar (good diet days never start with a freddo bar do they)
a packet of clorets
2 chicken and mushroom slimasoups
2 chicken rolls (no marge or owt as I made them and I hate marge on sandwiches)
a cheese string
a raspberry school bar - I was very disappointed to find it contained no school or child at all - am draughting a letter of complaint when I've done this update
a coffee
a smallish lump of cheese
a mariners pie (fish pie to you non converts - so no pastry)
a mushroom cupasoup
a piece of bread
a couple of truffles

1800 calories oh dear.

How many hours per club night do you say you dance?

heh, how about trying extra weights on cuffs and ankles while dancing.
One it would help with weight loss, two it would help give you one hell of an extra punch, for all that violence that you seem to get up to in leeds

you have obviously never worn a pair of swear platform trainers... plus wrist weights might be dangerous when combined with wavey-handed goth danceing

I don't dance at the wendyhouse at all but at oblivion or friday flock I'll be up there about a third of the time
