my buyers really have pulled out - they're not after money off. I got an offer of £100k today which is even less than the cash company offered me before these wankers came in and gave me false hope of a better sale. and you know what - I'm pretty much guessing that the cash company aren't going to offer me £106k any more either. So this couple, vascillating even though they knew I was in a situation and needed a cash sale, have possibly cost me tens of thousands of pounds.

I really don't know what to do now as the amounts people are talking about now aren't actually enough to cover the club's debts let alone anything else. I'm feeling very hopeless. A few months ago I had a house worth £160k and now people are offering me £100k for it.

And the most annoying thing - it's investors taking the piss and trying to take advantage of a bad situation - the rents in hyde park aren't dropping *at all*. The house, with a small amount of work (probably about £10k) could easily pull in £11k a year in rent - hell I'd buy it if I had the money!

I am now very very scared about what's going to happen. Even the estate agent said I should probably give up and phone around cash buying companies to see what I could get. That's an estate agent - giving up on his fee... shit.

Edit: I don't want to sound ungrateful but I really am going to shout at the next person who makes a suggestion that involves me waiting a few weeks or something that involves time I don't have. it just suggests that people really don't listen or have no concept of stuff like urgency and insolvency...
