Pleasant night last night - cloneboy plied me with 4 types of cheese, 4 types for antipasto meat and a whole pile of squidgy, tasty tiger bread.

I cracked open a bottle of red wine and we watched the second series of the IT crowd as he'd never seen any of it - I only meant to show him the first episode (GAY! THE MUSICAL!) but somehow we watched 5 of them. Top stuff.

In other news the guy from yesterday has upped his offer to £107k which is better but still not exactly good - he's a cash buyer who has a lot of houses in hyde park and headingley so won't mess me round. Also one of Al's colleagues knows someone who wants to have a look I think.

I have just amused myself by sending this email to about 40 members of staff:

Which one of you has the degenerative eye condition that prevents you from seeing that the spoon you’re putting in the drying rack is still covered in cup-a-soup or some similarly odious ick. If, one bleary morning, I end up with gritty ox-tail flavoured coffee rest assured that I will be coming in and sniffing all your cups before embarking on a murderous rampage possibly involving the use of Graham as a weapon,
