News of the Hodges!
Nov. 4th, 2007 01:19 pmyesterday would have been mine and Julian's 16th anniversary if we hadn't split up five and a half years ago.
what an interesting snippet! :)
it is vaguely significant (and not just because friday would have been mine and Geof's 3 year anniversary if I hadn't split up with him on boxing day - november eh - any chance of developing a new boyfriend today so I can keep up the good work? ;-p) as I've been in communication with said ex this week. so I thought I'd let those of you who know him know that he's well and has a 'revolting dog' (he sent me a picture - apparently it doesn't do him justice and he's far more revolting and smelly in the flesh) and clearly a better phone than before.
Got to arrange with people who want to see him a weekend for him to come up from Hereford where we can have a gathering at mine (he's not really a clubby person these days)
in other news I have a cold and I'm off for sunday lunch with Neal and Julie and possibly Will if he remembers - unfortunately his phone is off - pfft - we only arranged this lunch so he could meet my mate Cat who works in the pub and likes beards. then we're off to check out the karaoke place. shame I've developed a stinking cold. GRA! curse you whitby lurgy
