Extraordinarily nice

Friday went well - nothing went horribly wrong, the acts were good, the atmosphere was excellent and much fun was had. I went for 'edwardian tart' complete with feather boa and got to wear the tank fascinator that Geof made me for my birthday at last! excellent stuff! My personal favorite bit of the evening was when Will came to mop up the booze from the stage and was cheered on and played up to the audience. MOP MOP MOP MOP! I also really liked both musical acts although, sitting at the front, I could probably have done with less of Nick Suave's peen.
Saturday involved shepherding half of the vixens in silk to hyde park corner to meet up with the other half and buy sandwiches (oo! irn bru! oo! scotch eggs!) then heading into to town for a bean bag based lig at the pubculture. Bleep was good - I got to wear my doll dress, deadly girlz corset and a set of well heavy hair falls which I'm pretty amazed didn't make me go bald... Neal had survived his jaunt to sconny botland and came out straight from the train - quite impressive given the length of the journey from aberdeen. I must have got well squiffy as the entire night appeared to last about 45 minutes. when I start time travelling like that it's usually a sign I've overdone it and possible acted embarrassingly - apologies to anyone who was on the receiving end of that. Chris tells me I was dancing. I certainly don't remember dancing. that doesn't bode well... staggered back to neal's via some dixy chicken and promptly passed out. I'm such a party animal.
Sunday was the official day of the lig. didn't make it out of bed till after 3. bliss! I <3 lie-ins. hangover much less severe than last week. woo. went home, got changed, came back out to sheep (a bit late - sorry guys!) and continued ligging on bean bags there mostly with messrs joel and chris. I probably shouldn't have had 5 pints though as I'm feeling a little crunchy today. and there's further drinking planned for later. goodbye liver.
this week/weekend brings a plethora of goodies including shonky easter, friday flock, theGeekculture and super extended black sheepage. AND A 5 DAY WEEKEND! WOO!
