I finally got round to varnishing the dj booth last night. hadn't quite meant to be down there till 11:30 but I got absorbed in the beer figures after speaking to the brewery guy. turns out we're selling staropramen and the 2 bellevue fruit beers too cheaply. and when peterman's finally gets put on tap we can sell it cheaper than I'd initially thought as they'd forgotten to apply our discount to it - I've marked it down as 2.50 a pint which makes it a not too expensive hike from the 2.40 xxxx and much cheaper than 2.70 stella. the price of stella pisses me off but there's not really a lot we can do about it! ooo I should chase up all those free bottles we were supposed to get from husky when we bought the fridges.
today the phone line goes in. does anyone have an old modem we can have? we need an answer phone too but as the pc is on 24hr for the cctv then we should be able to work something out with the modem. hmm. speakers. think I have some of those floating around.
in other news we have terrible water hammer at home and I don't even know where the water tank is to try and fix it. I'm really worried that the washing machine is going to burst the pipes - it's so thumpy!
might go home soon. my neck is getting puffy and my head is hot plus I've been in a terrible mood all morning as the parcel I've been waiting for all week was delivered to the other jewson building 5 minutes down the road on FRIDAY and no-one bothered telling me and I've only just managed to make them find it.
