its come to my attention that someone I know has used my switch card fraudulently and spent £60. I know who it was that did it and have contacted the shop in question and they've confirmed that they have cctv at the point of sale which can be passed to the police. so the question is do I confront the person and allow them to make amends or do I take this information to the police and persue a prosecution
