Because no one has reported it yet. It's quite amazing what names people get away with for 60+ levels, simply because no one took the time to put in a ticket about it. The guild 'Lords of the Axe Wound' has always been one of my favourites, we all know what it means, we know they know what it means, they know Blizzard know damn well what it means... but it does have a justifiable 'normal' meaning, so it can't be touched. 'Gnomoerotica' could be... just needs someone to take enough offence to feel the need to report it.
