What a beautiful interior, and three bedrooms too - very nice indeed.

Good luck with the viewer, hope you manage to sell quickly. At least in Hyde Park there is a significant market - hopefully things will go well.

TBH Faye, Charlotte and I might be after a 3-bed place eventually, but not for a year at least, sorry!

Btw, is there any rule that says you can't actually live at the club, and thus save both rent and mortgage issues? :-)
