spoke to dr watson, tim's coming round to take me to the doctor's surgery, he thinks there are anti-biotics that will treat it even if it's reached my kidneys which is a relief as I don't want to go to hospital - I'm pretty agrophobic about being out of my space and the idea completely freaks me out.
