gah. tonight, in conversation with daevid, I remembered the existence of Franz Kafka's "It's a wonderful life" a short film, by Peter Capaldi, starring Richard E Grant, I saw for the first time in the Leeds Film festival back in the 90s. I think I have it on video tape somewhere still (unless Hodges has it) but amazon only have it as a region 1 DVD. bah! my dvd player hates region 1 stuff.
