They think hes lost on some horizon
Sep. 20th, 2007 01:59 pmtoday I have mostly been proded in the neck by a physiotherapist with really pointy fingers. ow. apparently I have bad neck mobility and a slightly raised first rib on the left hand side. she's given me some excercises to do - a couple of which really poik the bit in my back/shoulder that are at the route of the problem. I'm back in 2 weeks time for further poking. bet she sharpens her fingers.

selectnone's yesterday despite the chap I was supposed to be meeting first cancelling at the last minute :( somehow our search for healthy food yielded hot dogs with mustard and lots of fried onions. mmm. not quite the salad laden dinner I'd been thinking of but well yummy. I likes my frankfurters. We watched a whole pile of stuff (dexter's getting even better...), drank nice wine and generally caught up as I hadn't seen him properly for a couple of weeks. We're hoping to get wsogmm and his mate Iain round on monday so we can book the flights to japan next easter and start planning the form of the holiday. YAY!
I took the taekwondo class on tuesday as the instructor is in nottingham on the summer school - went quite well despite me still being in my red belt (not seen adam since I passed to be given a black one) and getting a little of the usual attitude from a Dan grade that joined us a while back and thinks he knows everything. I gave him something to do in the senior class and he was clearly finding it difficult and said 'well you could do xyz instead' I pointed out that whilst indeed you could do xyz instead that wasn't the excercise I'd just given him was it now. ooo I think my black belt hormones are kicking in :D Cat's taking the lesson tonight. expect me to be dead tomorrow. she's merciless :)
