Apr. 18th, 2006 08:09 amblee. easter weekend over so soon...
flock was a tad too crowded for me but I got some good chatting done. talked to some rock soc guys. shame I can only remember about 10% of what nikkiboy said to me... back to ian's for sneaky pizza. nom!
spent most of the weekend with the water off in the house as my kitchen kept flooding to paddling depth. people (including baby red and her blokie mark!) popped round on saturday night for dr who - that was interesting without a water supply. enjoyed dr who though.
went to the sunday social with tim, jen and alex and had a thoroughly pleasant time chatting to daz, sam and adam. cider paul was there and was remarkably lucid so I even chatted to him for a bit. mentioned the club stuff and he said 'oo are you orangie sue?' FAME! NOTORIETY!
alex and I went back to mine, drank baileys and watched personal services - WHICH SHE'D NEVER SEEN! FFS! then woke up at 6:30am on the sofa with the fire on full and very dry eyeballs.
cooked beef all day yesterday for brad, alex, paul and geof - put the kitchen back together and finished off my quantity surveying spreadsheet. I now know all about partition walls and plywood. go me.
so that was the weekend.
