Hello booze hounds.
it's been an exciting and nail biting couple of weeks on planet subculture. we have a bank account number (but none of the paper work - it's to follow apparently) so we can finally meet the john smith's guys again to progress the loan.
Will has met with the fire safety people and is meeting a flooring fellow tomorrow. Smiggy has been retained to do all of the building tasks he's skilled to do (and there are many) and electricians have walked round stroking their chins and should (hopefully before we open) be producing a quote. Toby, Paul and Geof have come up with a great scheme for the men's loos.
Also we've made some very exciting progress on the scheduling front along with some complex scheduling thoughts/descisions.
all in all things look good.
So. Refurb meeting. Saturday afternoon 2 at the Wrens. If you're only interested in the music aspects of the club don't come - if on the other hand you have an recurring dream of being in charge of the ladies toilet's decor (go see a psychatrist and then) come to the meeting.
