meeting went well although various lurgies and work related ills seemed to reduce the numbers somewhat.
Jen took notes (3 double sided sheets) and is going to type them up - let me know if you want a copy.
we decided on a 5 year share plan rather than 4 year - I just need to work out the official plan for the share scheme and let the investors ok it and we should be ready to rumble.
Today I need to form the company as I can't make any futher progress with the brewery without doing so. Melanie I need some details from you so will email you shortly. This means I'll probably have to send the business plan to Savills asap without any brewery stuff...
