for I've been a temptress too long

back at work today. still really really tired - I suspect its more emotionally drained really but hey, you pays your money you takes your choice.
yet again we owned the pub quiz last night - even if we only got 19/25 - I'm sure there were some answers we could have quibbled with but that doesn't really seem to be in the spirit of things and we won easily anyway...
got home, intending to have a quick poke on the internet and then an early night. never happens does it. finally headed up at 23:50. I need more sleep.

and now I've disengaged the rant-o-tron for a while at least here's ( the rather silly stuff I ate yesterday )

taekwondo tonight - adam says he's trying to do us some cds with videos of last saturday's fights on. that might be amusing/embarrasing beyond belief.
