I had a bloody asthma attack last night at taekwondo. and no inhailer neither (I'd tooted on alex's earlier but it hadn't seemed to do much and rina's is one of those powdery ones that nearly kills me) so I just had to sit at the side and make perculiar noises till it passed. I was back on my feet after a couple of minutes but the whole thing was a little unsettling - I need to hunt out my old inhailer and get a repeat perscription from the doctor's (I lost the last one - poo!)

I made the jelly layer of the trifle last night. ta for the idea sally! ;)

Another victim of asthma....fucking scary shit when it happens suddenly....hope you get one soon with the warm weather on it's way it may get worse :o

warm damp polleny weather seems to be the worse then again damp autumn/winter mornings make me wheeze.

it was a killer tkd lesson last night though - killer - they guy teaching it wasn't taking part so didn't quite realise how much he was killing everyone.

Yep, it's a bad time for asthma at the mo :(

And that hall doesn't help - the windows and doors wide open to ventile with lots of nice pollen-rich air from the park.
