Right Kiddies I need to organise my mexican party (25th September) so I'd like to know who's likely to be coming so I can dole out some tasks. I've dibbed straightforward chilli, tim's doing spicey pancakes and tinks is planning on apple enchiladas. I recon julie will be the guacamole queen as usual...

should be good - its in close proximity to tim, beckie and tinks' birthdays.

Not likely to be able to make it to a party, but I can give you one of my salsa recipes, and maybe my tortilla-a-like recipe (testing that one tonight) if they are of any use.
