eeeek!

I have a consultation about getting my varicose veins removed due to them being way out of hand now. but... but... they're my veins! eeeeeeek!

I've only ever had my nose cauterized before. no knives have been used on the orange! there was a pair pliers on an ingrowing toenail once but that's another matter!

Heated irons and tongs ?!!! Sounds like torture to me.
Good luck with the op. I've just got a blood pressure appointment where they will change me onto yet more meds in the quest for the perfect cocktail :( One of the suggestions involves side effects of swelling ankles !!!
