bloody hell I have *way* too much energy at the moment. and I missed half of taekwondo again tonight when I got home and my suit was still wet in the tumble dryer. must have set it using the wrong end of the dial this morning. I ran half way there and would probably have run home if someone hadn't given me a lift when they caught up with me.
I just feel alarmingly... sproingy...
am sticking to my healthy eating so maybe that's it. think it'll go out of the window a little tomorrow night as there's a work curry involved and lots of boozes.
