(no subject)

how do people actually get tickets for gigs. I've been attempting since 9am to get tickets for muse in sheffield and it was instantly yammed on all sites. now all the venues are half sold out and I still can't get through by phone or internet.

there's probably 200k seats have just gone up and gone already.

edit: Daevid managed to get them straight away once he'd found his cash card! I'm just cursed!

I appear to have been indulging in retail therapy this week. Not the best idea ever with my finances but hey.
Today 2 envelopes appeared on my desk - one containing the mummy trilogy on DVD and the other containing the complete Jeeves and Wooster :) that's 23 episodes of Stephen Fry attempting to save a hapless Huge Laurie from women and himself. Marvellous!

yesterday I ordered a top and a pinstripe suit too. suit is nothing special but being from bravissimo the jacket should at least be tailored to actually go over my unruly bosom correctly.

it's nearly the weekend! woo!

would it be wrong to want to write 'Wodehouse" next to all the PG markers on my Jeeves and Wooster DVD set?
