one beef and walkers ready salted crisps sandwich (on dry brown bread)

a small canteloupe which I'm just about to attack with a knife.
last night zone alarm went ape and killed my internet - cue much nashing and wailing of teeth* as I wanted to get a bit of early evening WoW in. Eventually worked out what was wrong and installed Kerio - turns out it was a windows update what did it and it affected all XP zone alarm users (it was an automatic windows update - the type that happens when your turning your pc off so I'd forgotten about it)

in other news - kill me now I'm about to die of boredom or nod off
*hates SAP almost as much as the SAP consultant appears to*
