Here I am expecting just a little bit too much from the wounded...

I can't think what to wear tomorrow at all. my hair's a state. I'm feeling blob-laden, old and unloveable. meh.

perhaps I shouldn't have spent the last hour listening to miserable music. damn cure! damn perfect circle!

and I've removed a load of skin from the top of my feet at taekwondo via the medium of friction burns due to sliding too speedily across the floor on my knees in an agility exercise. those are going to scab nicely :(

could do with shifting this mood before I try to sleep.

edit. I should concentrate on the positive I suppose. Adam said my speed is really improving - this is quite remarkable given my vast age and general creakiness.
