those guys were fast as lightning

the_great_bj came to taekwondo with me last night - apparently I have a very scary face when I'm doing my patterns. She ended up getting one to one tuition from one of the black belts (the scary but sweet amazon, Bex) as Adam wanted to have an entire lesson dedicated to patterns. She didn't die but I imagine she might be a little stiff today :)
Let this be a lesson to all of you. Do not text me saying you're bored and asking if you can tag along with anything that's going on. I might let you.

She should be back for more next tuesday though and possibly with her housemate in tow. win.

Only one proper lesson and one squad training left before the grading. eek!
