I have just spent bloody ages typeing all the shareholders details into the companies house website (despite having sent them through before - surely they're supposed to put them on!) as part of our annual return - I pressed submit, got a page not found error and the whole thing was wiped. there is no quick or efficient way of loading the shareholders (all 24 of them) they just have to by typed in one at a time. I really really don't want to do it again :( well I won't have time today as I have to unplug my pc soon in advance of the office move tomorrow morning. joy.
