good night last night. I went as a zombie sunday school teacher, complete with a flouncy mum dress and a red hat with a big bow. I think I cricked my neck zombie shuffling though. or dancing with blousie. erk. tim was amusingly spannered. yay for spanneredness! jo and nick looked fantabulous (but not zombiefied as they were heading to speed queen afterwards) and I chatted loads to graham and his mate joe. nice blokes.
had to get up to let the cleaners in this morning - suprisingly it wasn't too difficult to get out of bed... on the way to the bus-stop I fell over spectacularly. full-on bag-throwing commando roll at the end type of thing. ow. I can't quite decide if I'm upset or relieved that there was no one about to see it. it must have looked pretty impressive. no clothing damage and only minimal hand and knee abrasion - it did leave me with the shakes somewhat though.
when I got to the club I put a pound in the pinball machine and had 6 credits. someone must have left some in last night! bonus! the creepy scotish guy that turns up intermittently (with his special tin... "well it's not really that special it's just made of metal...") turned up and asked if we had any jobs going. WE ARE NEVER GOING TO HAVE A JOB FOR YOU FREAK KINDLY BUGGER OFF AND DESIST IN ASKING! afterwards I went to dorothy perkins for some smaller work trousers. it was only after trying on and buying some stuff that I remembered I was still blue and green in the arm area. oops. the bloody changing room lights there are turned up bright enough so as to burn the remaining remnants of your self image from you brain. not only are they hideously unforgiving and would make posh spice feel bulky but the tone of them illuminates up ever blemish and out of place hair with the ferrocity of 1000 suns. why do they do this? gah you feel like shit when you come out of there!
right off to the wrens now to have a look at their new hotel bit. opendaytastic. then on to sheep! SHEEP!
