The dessert in this audio visual feast is a one off lookandlisten party that takes another look at music vs visual influences. Highlight of the night is a screening and live performance by Sundaze Synerma of their live soundtrack to animated classic Belleville Rendezvous. The performance features specially composed and improvised musical sections, alongside a mixture of DJ cuts. Looking at influences the other way around, the night also showcases Loka's album "Fire Shepherds". Recognising the potential visual crossover of the psychedelic soundtrack vibe of the album, the band cleverly ran a competition to produce video's for each track. Ours will only be the second screening of the end result. As with all lookandlisten nights there will also be a live dj & vj collaboration, along with an cut and paste audio/visual mix. Right I've reformatted the pc again - got my drives in the right order and stuff so now I need to get software on it. I need office - I have a copy of office 97 but need a copy of works with a key to activate it as it's an upgrade copy and I also need visio - although I think paul found that for me last time.

I also need a gazillion pounds, a hareem of hos (male and female, very nubile) and new knees. if you have any of these and want to discuss this further I'll be hanging around, mostly behind the bar, from 2-6pm tomorrow afternoon at thePubculture pop in if you're in shopping hell. I think there will be donuts tomorrow... yeeesss. donuts.

I'm thinking of getting a vinyl banner done to put outside the club when we're open during the day. What do you think. I'm finding it quite hard to word efficiently but not stiffly!
